Digital Workplace Transformation

Planned and delivered a digital workplace transformation enabling reliable remote work across a geographically distributed organization. The project encompassed network segmentation, Hyper-V virtualisation, VPN infrastructure and backup strategy implementation using Veeam and Azure Blob, alongside a full migration to Google Workspace for cloud-based collaboration.

Identity and access management was restructured using Intune and Hybrid AD, ensuring consistent policy enforcement across all devices and users. Beyond the technical implementation, the project required significant change management effort: training programs, user guides and recruitment and mentoring of in-house IT talent to sustain the new environment long-term. The transition reduced on-site IT dependency and cut hardware provisioning time for new starters substantially.
