EMEA Windows Rollout

A large-scale Windows 10 migration coordinated across more than 60 offices in 36 countries throughout the EMEA region. The project covered initial scoping, hardware inventory, image standardization via SCCM, phased deployment scheduling and post-migration support, with ServiceNow handling change and incident tracking throughout.

Working closely with local IT teams, vendors and senior stakeholders, the rollout maintained business continuity at every stage. Office 365 was rolled out in parallel across five European regions, with Power BI used for adoption analytics and performance tracking. A structured communication plan kept all parties aligned across time zones and languages throughout the entire project lifecycle.
