IT Governance Framework

Designed and implemented a comprehensive IT governance framework for a multinational organization operating across multiple jurisdictions. The work involved authoring policies covering data classification, access management, asset lifecycle and acceptable use, anchored in ITIL frameworks to ensure consistent, measurable service delivery.

The initiative included spearheading Azure and Office 365 governance structures, integrating MRP systems (SAP, APRISO) and establishing IT monitoring strategies using MS SQL SSRS and Wonderware. The framework introduced clear ownership, defined escalation paths and established a regular review cycle aligned with business objectives. The result reduced audit findings and gave both IT and leadership a shared language for discussing risk and compliance across the organization.
